Check In and Check Out

Check in is after 2:30pm and check out is by 11am. As we may not be in attendance when you arrive we need an estimated arrival time so we can make arrangement for the key. If your arrival time changes on the day of travel, please could you let us know. Best number to contact us on is 0274 453 494 (text message is fine). Earlier and later check outs by arrangement.

Cancellation policy

• All cancellations incur loss of 20% of the total booking price  
• If you cancel within 2 weeks there is a 50% cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 24 hours there is 100% cancellation fee
• These cancellation fees will not apply if we are able to re-book the accommodation for the dates cancelled.

Additional charges

---

• The number of guests staying at the property must not be more than the number agreed to when booking, unless by arrangement. We reserve the right to charge an additional accommodation fee for extra guests, or end the booking without refund.
• The accommodation is unsuitable for any activity that could disturb neighbouring residents - large gatherings and parties are not permitted on the premises.
• Guests, once checked in, become liable for the security of themselves, their possessions, their vehicles and the contents of the apartments. Please remember to lock up!
• Inside the accommodation is smoke free. There are courtyard areas which are suitable for smoking. Smoking inside will incur additional cleaning charges.
