The one bedroom apartment
A one bedroom homestay apartment on the lower level of the house. The accommodation is completely self contained with its own entrance. The fully equipped kitchen has wide glass bifold doors opening onto a private sunny deck and courtyard area. The bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom and gets the morning sun if you feel like a lie in.

The one bedroom apartment rates:
One king size bedroom. An additional fold out bed is available for an extra guest. The apartment sleeps a maximum of 3 guests with the extra fold out bed.
- November - March the rate is $215 a night for up to 2 people.
- April - October the rate is $190 a night for up to 2 people.
- an extra adult is $20 per night / child $10.
- no charge for infant 2 years or under if own bedding is provided.
- two night minimum
- Rates are in NZ dollars and include 15% gst.
